Please note that delivery may be delayed during busy periods, public holidays or due to customs procedures.

3. Shipping Method and Origin

To reduce waste and minimise CO₂ emissions, we ship directly from our supplier in China.

As a result, customs duties and import charges may apply depending on the destination country.

6. Responsibility for Delivery

If the tracking information confirms that the parcel has been delivered, responsibility rests with the customer.
